Cuiying Gu, female, born in August 1967, Han nationality, native Shanghainese, Bachelor of Science in Clinical Medicine, Master of Science in Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,Senior Experimentalist from the Department of Food Hygiene and Nutrition, School of Public Health, Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Member of Chinese Nutrition Society,National Secondary Public Dietitian, Weight Management Coach, Chinese Pastry Chef, Western Pastry Chef, and Acupuncturist. She has been engaging in the management work of nutrition practical training room.Her main research directions are basic research on anti-aging of Chinese and Western medicine and practical teaching on nutriology.She has been giving dwellers sciences popularization lectures onnutrition and health. She has participated in the compiling of several science popularization books, and has published nearly 20research and teaching papers.
