赵海磊，医学博士，毕业于上海中医药大学获中西医结合专业博士，新加坡国立大公共行政管理硕士，副主任医师，硕士研究生导师。现任上海中医药大学公共健康学院院长。从事中医药临床、科研和教育工作二十多年。作为第五批全国老中医药专家学术经验继承人，跟随上海市名中医邱佳信教授开展中医药防治消化道恶性肿瘤的工作。曾多次受邀在海外中医院校进行中医学术交流。参与获得国家级教学成果奖、上海市级教学成果奖一等奖各一项，主持完成上海市教育科学研究项目；参与多项国家级、市局级中医药科研项目，在国内发表学术论文30余篇。目前任上海市预防医学会第七届理事会常务理事、上海市预防医学会公共卫生教育分会副主任委员、上海市中医药学会慢病管理分会副主任委员、上海市中医药学会养生康复分会常委、上海市中医药学会药膳分会副主任委员、上海市药膳协会副理事长。
在专业教学和人才培养方面，主讲“慢性病预防与控制”、“公共卫生理论与实践”、“中医药与公共健康”、“Medical Terminology”、“中医药国际教育与传播”、“公共卫生人文与社会实践”、“预防医学职业规划与能力实践”等课程，参与“公共卫生基本技能操作”、“健康管理”、“预防医学概论”、“Health Policy and Management”等课程教学。主持的课程“全科医学概论与社区实践”列入2022年度上海高等学校一流本科课程。
目前开展的研究方向包括中医药对恶性肿瘤的防治研究、中医健康管理、中医药国际传播、中医药卫生政策与医保支付等。
