戴亮，男，中医内科学博士，上海中医药大学公共健康学院师资博士后，规范中医药临床研究方案内容2018声明主要制定人。主要研究方向为基于病证融合体系的中医药循证研究，以中医循证方法学、多学科交叉融合临床研究为技术载体，探索慢性疾病流行趋势及病因，提高病证结合防治慢性疾病水平。目前主持上海市自然科学基金1项，第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文17篇。作为参与人曾获2024中华中医药学会科学技术二等奖，2020年上海市科技进步奖一等奖，2项研究成果入选2022中医药十大学术进展。
