Mingzhe Zhu, graduated from the Institute of Health, Shanghai Institute of Biological Sciences,Chinese Academy of Sciences, with a Ph.D. in Science. He is now a teacher in the Department of Food Hygiene and Nutrition, School of Public Health, Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.He mainly undertakes the teaching of diet and health, food toxicology, food analysis and other courses. He is mainly engaged in the prevention and treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver with traditional Chinese medicine clinical and experimental studies. He undertook one project of the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission's Natural Fund, one project of the Youqing Project of the Shanghai Education Commission, one project of the budget of the Shanghai Education Commission, and participated in two projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He published many papers, among which five papers were included in SCI.
