Lihong Sun is an associate professor in the Food Hygiene and Nutrition Teaching and Research Office of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, master’s tutor, doctor of medicine, member of the Standing Committee of Health Preservation and Rehabilitation Branchof Chinese Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine, member of the Standing Committee of College Education Branch of Chinese Geriatrics Society, and vice chairman of Tumor Rehabilitation Professional Committee of Shanghai Rehabilitation Medical Association. She has been engaged in the teaching and scientific research of nutrition and food hygiene for a long time, giving lectures on public nutrition,clinical nutrition nursing and food safety risk and prevention andcontrol. Her main research directions are food hygiene and nutrition,clinical disease nutrition, tumor diet intervention, sub-health dietintervention, Chinese medicine diet research, etc. She has published more than 20 papers, 4 monographs and 2 books as the first author or corresponding author. She has participated in national social science major projects, Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, Shanghai Municipal Health and Family Planning Commission, Shanghai Municipal Education Commission and other projects, and presided over scientific research projects of Shanghai Municipal Education Commission.
