Xia Liu is currently a lecturer of Nutritional Sciences at Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She got her bachelor and master degree from Yangzhou University in China. She is currently acommittee member of Chinese Society of Nutrition. She is teaching the courses of Basic Nutrition, Sports Nutrition, Nutrition for Special Population and Food Processing and Service. Her research focused on the health promotion through the nutrition interventions and exercise. She has published 7 (first-authored or corresponding authored) papers in Chinese core journals, such as Journal of Food and Nutrition, Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Medicine and Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research. She has conducted several educational and scientific research projects. She is on the editorial board of the books of Nutrition for Special Population, Food Nutrition and Diet Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Guidelines for Disabled Elderly Care. She was rewarded as an out standing youth in the university in 2016.
